I have placed my order, what’s next?

You will soon receive an e-mail/text confirming your order and we will aim to ship your order within 3 days. Once your order is lovingly wrapped up and sent out, you will receive instructions to track your order.

Is the product suitable for all hair types?

Absolutely! Our 100% organic bamboo sheets are handcrafted for everyone in mind.

Do the sheets change in feel over time?

Guess what? Our sheets only get softer and softer upon each wash..They may lose some shine however this is due to the fibres reacting to the wash cycle and everyday tumbles! We have tested our product for a long period of time (sleeps/naps/ playtime in bed) and are happy with the continued softness. 

Caring for my product:

Please treat your sheets delicately to maintain their softness by washing on a gentle cycle and on a low temperature cycle. Wash using your normal wash detergent suitable for your little one.

Always wash your sheets upon the first use. Avoid using harsh chemicals such as bleach as this may damage your product. You can also tumble dry them on low heat. 

How are bamboo sheets good for gentle skin?

Bamboo sheets are hypoallergenic, breathable, and naturally antibacterial, making them suitable for babies with sensitive skin or allergies. Our sheets have a silky finish which may help reduce hair shedding caused by friction when babies are tossing, tumbling or turning in their slumber. 

How do I treat stains on bamboo baby sheets?

We understand that little ones and stains go hand to hand..You can pre-treat stains with a gentle stain remover or natural alternatives like white vinegar or baking soda testing in an inconspicuous area first. 

How do I prevent pilling?

You can wash bamboo sheets separately from other fabrics and clothes. You can also use mild detergents that are free of harsh chemicals. 

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your product, please reach out to us via the 'Contact Us' section before making any returns & we will help you quickly arrange this.

You have 21 days from the receipt of goods date to return your items.

Return costs are covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back after the 21 day return period.

As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check & Velvet Mylk have the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition unless agreed to be faulty.

Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be generated using your original payment method within 14 working days.
